Fresh Water Pump I finished the basic plumbing for the Boles. It's a very simple system that is basically fresh water for the sink and a grey water system for the sink drain. There's no room for a shower and no black water system since I'm planning for a porta-potti. The original system in the trailer was a 10 gallon fresh water system for the sink with both 120V electric pump and a hand pump. Since I'm going 12V DC with a battery for the electrical I don't need the hand pump. The original system drained from the sink to the ground or a portable grey water catchment tank. You see these in use today for some vintage trailers, they are the blue tanks under the trailer with wheels and a handle. I think this was the RV standard till some time in the 1960's. I decided to install a 18 gallon fresh water tank and a 13 gallon grey water tank. My thinking is that for weekend use this is probably overkill, and much of the fresh water will end up in the porta-potti anyhow.
